    मोदी सरकार के लिए SC/ST एक्ट में बदलाव के कारण यह मुद्दा परेशानी की वजह बनता जा रहा है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कुछ दिनों पहले दिए अपने फैसले में कहा था कि SC/ST एक्ट में केस दर्ज होने के फौरन बाद गिरफ्तारी नहीं होगी। इस फैसले का वीरोध करते हुये भारत बंद का अंदोल्न किया।
